How to online order?1.First find out the goods you want to order on our website, (if they are not in our website, you can E-mail us the pictures of the paintings you want to order to our business E-mail box) and note clearly the size, quantity and the quality or grade you want to order. We will quote a detail price to you as soon as possible. There is no limit on quantity. 2.Once the order is made, you should pay a deposit of 30% beforehand.And when the painting finished ,we will send a big photo of the painting to you by Email,and you can tell us where needs to be modified,until you satisfy with it. 3. As soon as we receive you pictures and order, we will arrange the artist to paint for you. We will finish your order and post to you within one to three weeks depends on the quantity you ordered. 4. If you are the retailer of our studio and have a long-term relationship with us and order a great amount, we can give you the most favorable price. Guarantee of refund: 1) If you have received the goods you ordered, please inform us by E-mail or other ways. 2) If you find that the package you receive have been badly damaged, please do not accept the goods and inform us immediately by E-mail. We will contact the shipping company as soon as possible and give you a satisfying solution. 3) If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, we will guarantee of the refund.
